Our vineyards are situated between the confluence of two rivers, planted in the gravels and located in the heart of Brightwater Village. For over 55 years in the region of Brightwater, our family has a proud history of farming. We are locals and care about the land, this is where we live. We work hard to ensure that our wines express the very land that they are grown on.

Family owned and operated for three generations, we are a boutique Nelson winery with a focus on producing balanced, elegant and food friendly wines.
Nestled in between the Wai-iti and the Wairoa rivers, our vines occupy free draining alluvial soils and are blessed with generous sunshine, which in turn produce bright and intense varietals that showcase our family’s passion and terroir with honesty and flair.
You will find our wines are carefully crafted, balanced, and consistently surprise with their complex tones, and polished finish.

An elegant Chardonnay with strong grapefruit, chalky mineral, bready yeast and nutty oak flavours. Restrained and attractive with linear and lingering flavours. Tight and vibrant with a structure of fruity acidity and fine tannins that promise cellaring potential. 13.5% ALC/VOL

Pinot Noir 2017
This wine was processed with minimum berry crushing, tasting of red fruits, cherries and spice, with a smokey oak resulting in a smooth mouth filling wine with good length and a softly spiced finish. A perfect accompaniment for red meat, game and mushroom based sauces. Excellent drinking now or cellar for a few years. 13.5% ALC/VOL
